* About
This is a blog about the technical development and support of WGBH.org, the web site of WGBH, a public media broadcaster in Boston. It’s mainly geared towards web development types, for the purpose of sharing knowledge (and perhaps a recipe here or there), but it’s also open to anybody who’s interested in the ongoing technical shenanigans behind the site.
It’s written by WGBH.org’s crack web development team, consisting of these jokers:

Phil Johnson
WGBH.org’s Director of Technology.
WGBH.org’s Director of Technology.
Would you let this man run your web site?

Pete Bull
WGBH.org’s Rich Media Web Developer
and Chief Bird Catcher (long story).

We also plan to have the occasional guest blogger, just to keep things lively. Variety is the spice of life!
One more thing: readers will be partially graded based on participation, so be sure to comment and let us know what you think!
